Training
KENET has organized Scalable Campus Networks residential hands-on course in the week of October 27-31, 2014. This is part of KENET mandate to provide capacity building to the member institutions. This is an advanced course for experienced network engineers / network administrators. The course is sponsored by Google and will be conducted by KENET senior engineers. The trainees will have a chance to use new state-of-the art network engineering laboratory setup to gain necessary skills to administer large scale campus networks. The training is organized on a Training of Trainers format with the expectation that the trainees will train other technical staff on their campus and nearby neighboring institutions.
