1.Unlocking the Value of the TVET Connectivity and EdTech Package (Free ,Virtual)
Your TVET Connectivity and EdTech Package covers far more than internet access. It includes internet bandwidth capacity and pricing, basic Digital Campus Infrastructure, web and domain hosting, institutional email, a hosted eLearning portal (Moodle LMS), a web conferencing platform, eduroam WiFi extension to student hostels, and capacity building for lecturers and ICT staff. Many institutions are not using all these tools yet, or do not know if they are already included.

2. IT Disaster Recovery Fundamentals I – Planning and Preparedness (Free, Virtual)
This training introduces the core principles of IT disaster recovery planning, including risk assessment, backup strategies, recovery time objectives, and business continuity planning. Participants will learn how to design disaster recovery plans that minimize downtime and data loss during disruptive events. 3. IT Disaster Recovery Fundamentals II – Implementation and Testing (Free ,Virtual)
This training builds on the DR planning fundamentals to cover how disaster recovery plans are put into practice, including configuring backups, running tabletop exercises, and conducting live DR tests. Participants will learn how to test disaster recovery plans and close the gaps between what is documented and what actually works during a disruptive event. 4. IT Disaster Recovery Fundamentals III – High Availability and Recovery Environments (Free ,Virtual)
This training covers the design and operation of resilient recovery infrastructure, including high availability architecture, failover systems, and DR-hosted recovery environments. Participants will learn how to build recovery environments that support fast, reliable failovers and further minimize downtime during disruptive events. 5. IT Disaster Recovery Fundamentals IV – Automation and Continuous Resilience (Free, Virtual)
This training covers how to move from periodic DR testing to continuous DR readiness, including automated failover and failback, DR orchestration tools, and monitoring for recovery readiness. Participants will learn how to embed disaster recovery into everyday operations rather than treating it as a one-time exercise. 6. Fundamentals of UNIX/Linux System Administration (In-person, Paid)
A foundational technical training covering core UNIX/Linux administration skills, including user and file management, permissions, shell scripting basics, process management, and system monitoring. Participants will build practical, hands-on competence in managing Linux-based systems. Basic familiarity with command-line interfaces is recommended. 7. Web Server Administration and Security (In-person, paid)
Practical, hands-on training for ICT staff who manage web servers and want to run them securely. You will learn to set up and configure web servers the right way, harden servers against common threats, manage access control and authentication, configure SSL/TLS, spot and fix common vulnerabilities. 8. Scalable Campus Network Design and Operations (In-person, Paid)
This training explores the principles of designing and operating campus networks that scale with institutional growth, covering network architecture, segmentation, redundancy, and performance optimization.
