KENET sucessfully conducted the Advance Scalable Campus Network training from April 4-8th 2016. The training was conducted at the KENET training room located at University of Nairobi. The training had a total of 25 participants from 22 KENET menber Institutions. This was an advanced training and the participants were required to have atleast 3 years working experience on campus.

The Advanced Scalable Training participants were taught skils on Switching Security, Firewalls, Load balancing , Configuration Management, Network Documentation amongst others. This was a hands on training where the participants worked with switches and routers.
