KENET has organized the Scalable Campus Network residential hands-on training in the week of April 3-7, 2017. This is part of KENET's mandate to provide capacity building to member institutions. The training is geared to equip the trainees with the skills to design and build scalable networks within their institutions which would ultimately lead to the network users experiencing better browsing experiences.
The training targets network administrators from member institutions and it is aimed at equipping participants with both routing and switching skills. Participants will also be taught how to segment, manage and secure their networks. It is expected that after the training, participants will be able to properly design and manage their networks.
